Dan Skjæveland, Fotland mølle

Installations shots from my exhibition Counter Luminary at Fotland mølle, Aug 11 - Sept 01, 2024. The show touched on ideas of the wall vs the book, results vs process and the photograph as mere representation. It consisted of four framed prints mounted on (or leaning toward) the walls, one loose print hanging from binder clips, a textile cloth with a selection of 120 photographs and some text, three bookmaking-stations, one stand featuring examples of my own experimentation with maquettes, and a brick. For the final day I had three booklets printed based on audience participation. The exhibition was a collaboration with Brad Feuerhelm, who wrote an essay for the occasion.
